Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is a short summary of how cancellations and refunds work at The Lymph Clinic Academy. The full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Online courses

Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, Facial Lymphatic & Buccal Practitioner and the Body and Face Bundle give you instant access to the course. By completing your purchase you ask us to start your access straight away and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access has started. We don't offer refunds once access has started.

In-person training

Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, Scar Therapy Practitioner, Oncology Massage Practitioner and our other in-person training days are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you can move to another training date as long as you tell us at least 14 days before your training day. If we cancel or move a date, we'll offer you another date or a full refund.

Payment plans

Every instalment remains payable if you stop studying. Certificates are issued once all payments have been received.

The Lymph Circle and The Practitioners Hub

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account in Settings, then Billing. Cancel before your free month ends and you won't be charged. Once a payment has been taken, your membership stays active until the end of that month or year and then stops. We don't refund part-used periods.

Faulty or not as described

None of this affects your legal rights if something you've bought is faulty or not as described. Just get in touch and we'll put it right.
