Most lymphatic training hands you a routine and a certificate. It does not teach you why the sequence works, when it is unsafe, or how to talk to a client about oedema, hormones or recovery with real authority. No prior lymphatic experience needed
Ideally you will hold a Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology qualification or equivalent, but if you are a qualified therapist who wants to specialise, or you are new and serious about this work, this is where you start.

Ten modules, each building on the last
Allow around an hour per module for the theory, then practise the techniques before moving on. Modules unlock in order so your foundations are solid before you reach the protocols.
MODULES 1 & 2
The Lymphatic System 路 Oedema and Lymphoedema
Anatomy of the vessels and nodes, immune function and fluid balance, so you understand what your hands are actually moving. Then the causes, types and clinical presentation of oedema and lymphoedema and how they are managed.
MODULES 3 & 4
Contraindications & Clinical Safety 路 History and The Lymph Clinic Method
Safety screening, absolute and relative contraindications and red flags, so you know when to treat and when to refer. Then the origins of lymphatic drainage and the method we use every day at The Lymph Clinic.
MODULES 5 & 6
Hormonal Health & Body Types 路 The Menstrual Cycle
How the lymphatic system interacts with hormonal balance, how to read body types, and how to time and adapt treatment across the phases of the menstrual cycle.
MODULES 7 & 8
Inflammation Reduction & Lifestyle Medicine 路 Treatment Protocols & Clinical Application
Chronic inflammation, the lifestyle factors that drive it and how drainage supports recovery. Then the heart of the course: the full treatment sequences, client planning and aftercare, filmed step by step for you to follow and practise.
MODULES 9 & 10
Marketing & Professional Development 路 Finance & Business Management
How to position yourself as a specialist, attract the right clients and use social media without it taking over your life. Then pricing, financial foundations and running a practice that is actually profitable.
FINAL STAGE
Case Study and Video Submission
Submit your treatment videos and a written case study. The training team reviews your work and gives feedback, and your CPDSO-accredited certificate is issued on successful completion.

The Lymph Clinic Academy is the training arm of The Lymph Clinic in Altrincham, Cheshire. This course was written and is taught by the clinic's own practitioners, led by founder Sasha Kellali, who has spent over 20 years in lymphatic therapy and education, building her career in clinics and luxury spas before founding the clinic and its training programmes.
What you learn is what we do. The protocols, the screening questions, the consultation forms and the pricing guidance all come from a working clinic. When you submit your case study and treatment videos, it is the training team who review them and give you feedback.
